HEART SENSE

Rise and Our Omphalos have partnered to provide the pop-up event, Heart Sense- Cultivating Awareness, Loving Kindness, Care and Compassion. Children ages 4-10, will learn deep breathing techniques and will actively participate in physical exercise, music and movement, meditation, and visualization. Children will learn the importance of taking care of ourselves, each other, and the world around us!
